Special, Ayurvedic cuisine is also offered to guests based on doctor’s advice and the Ayurveda packages. We offer both Indian and Mediterranean-style Ayurvedic dishes. Traditional Kerala thali meals are also available.Our kitchen uses the very best hand-picked ingredients, mostly organic products and purified water.

The food we serve are as per doctors advice to boosts the immunity, improves digestion which suits the Ayurveda Treatments.
Regular use of spices and herbs like, curcuma, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, mustard seed, asafoetida, dry ginger, black pepper, shallots, lemon, green gram etc. boosts the immunity of human body.
